How or where does a novice start?
The very first thing you need to do is decide what your business is. After you decide what your business is and where you are going then decide what your ideal customer is and what they would want.
Now you know what to offer that your ideal prospect would want. This is the step that most skip and then wonder why they are not having any success.
Bet you thought the first thing was to get an autoresponder and fill it didn’t you? Until you have a good idea of what you are planning to sell and who your potential customer is you are throwing darts blindfolded after being spun around. Not an easy way to hit the target is it?
