How many holes do you have?

Do you review your marketing procedures on a regular basis? I know I haven’t been at least anywhere near what I should be.

I love to get systems set up and profitable but how much money am I leaving on the table because I don’t review what they are doing on a regular basis? Quickly finding out it is quite a bit.

Just started a total review of things and I kicking myself for some of the holes I am finding.

Started with a simple thank you page for my tracking book which I give away. All it did was say thank you. Added a resell rights product I own there and discount the price and the next morning what do I find? Gee a payment notice. How many of these have I missed over the last few months?

It is not just thank you pages though. This set the light bulb off. How many other places have I neglected?

Understand that I love to set up systems and let them go. This allows me to create a system and go onto the next.

The problem is that things change.

This set me off on a mission. Spend an hour a day reviewing my systems.

How long since you have checked and reviewed your systems lately?

Which ads in your email series convert?
How are your thank you page offers converting?
Do you have offers on your thank you page?
How long since you replaced an ad on your autoresponder series?

Take the time to review these on a regular basis. Find and plug the holes in your system.

You will be amazed at what a difference it can make to your bottom line. I am are you?

This is going to be a great year I can feel it in the old bones. Our first seminar using the split sessions and the ideas from those that attended have really helped me to get a good feeling that people will really be helped.

Here is one of the emails I received from an attendee of the Web 2.0 seminar for rebranders.

Changes for 2007

There are a number of changes that will take effect with the new year. First a change in seminars. Seminars will now be done in a two part fashion and will be every other week instead of every week.

The two parts will be structured as follows…

A half hour on the topic of the week
10-15 minute question and answer on the topic
Second session for rebranders in our password protected conference room to either discuss the topic in more depth or address any problems you may be having.

I will continue to get in experts to help you improve your business,

One of the biggest things that I did wrong this past year was to not provide enough extra value to help the rebranders. That is one of my biggest areas I am looking to improve upon.

There are a number of changes that will be added over the next 30-45 days to improve the value of Opt In Master Course. Parts will be revamped. One of the biggest reasons we did not do Opt In Master Course as a rebrandable PDF is that it would grow stale. Things change constantly on the internet. Actually, things change constantly in life period. You either adapt or fail.

One of the first things I ever did to actually make money was to start using resell rights products. They make an execellent way to monetize your warmup series. Once you have discovered how to use these for monetization it becomes easy to create systems to increase your list much more quickly. The problem is that there are some skills you need to understand to be able to do this. That is what keeps most people from using them. You also need to know which are worthwhile and which are junk. Trying something new August 29, 2006

First apologies as this blog has been neglected.

Second, tonight I will be trying something new with the seminars. I will be recording them with Camtasia and if it works there will now be an archive of information kept of the seminars.

Using Camtasia will allow people to not only hear but also see the text box and the presentation page on the screen. This has been the downside of recording the seminars as just audio because quite often the questions are asked in the text box and the discussion refers to the page being displayed in the room.

If this works it will be announced in the forum. So stop by and check it out.
