Is there an autoresponder that doesn’t give out your address? It may prove that you’re a real person to your list, by doing so, but at the same time, I
want to protect my safety and privacy.

Okay there are a couple points here. First the answer is no. You need a valid email address and none of the autoresponders that I have looked at will let you use a bogus address. You
can create a special address just for your autoresponder if this is that big of a conceern. You can use a business name for the from box but the email address has to be a legitimate
address.

For example if you sign up for my Viral Tips series that will be the name you see in your email box. However, every email in that series is signed with my name.

To quote one of my favorite authors, Jeffrey Gitomer “All things being equal people want to buy from firends, All things not being equal people STILL want to buy from
friends.”

Why would I want to buy from you if I can’t get to know and like you? If you are a nameless faceless entity how will I ever develop the trust to follow your recommendations. Once I
look upon what you are sending as recommendations and not a sales pitch my response rate to your offer will explode.
