My biggest concern is SPAM complaints. I’m really nrevous about sending emails because people forget that they ‘opted-in’ for something. So when I send an email from MY opt-in list, the person geting MY email yells ‘SPAM!’ and I GET THE blame for doing NOTHING WRONG. THIS is what has held me back from ‘moving on’. How do you SAFELY send emails from a list that has been built??

This is the major reason that you pay a good autoresponder service. They keep all the records of the optins for you. They deal with the various ISP’s when they complain about you. Most importantly they have the contacts at the various ISP’s to resolve any problems immediately.

There are some things that you pay experts for. If you need legal advice you pay a lawyer who has studies the area of law for his advice. For tax preparation again you pay a CPA who specializes in taxes. If you want to use a list you pay a good autoresponder service who specializes in getting your email delivered and keeping your list clean.
